I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Sao Paulo. The staff were really good, always friendly and helpful. They made sure I felt welcome and provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were great, from the nicely kept and spacious rooms to the well-equipped gym. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with the rooms kept in perfect condition. The location was perfect, close to malls, the city center, and various fun places in the happening area of this city.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great breakfast with friendly staff, even gave me brownies to go. Fresh omelettes were available. Excellent English-speaking front desk staff, limited English from restaurant staff but they tried their best. Well-designed rooms with ample wardrobe space, mirrors, and good lighting. Gym available for guests. Helpful reception consultant resolved taxi issue.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in a business area was ideal for me as a business traveler. The staff here were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The room was well-appointed and thoughtfully designed, with ample wardrobe space and hangers, full-length mirrors, and excellent lighting in the bathroom for applying makeup. Additionally, the hotel had a gym available for guests, which was a great amenity.
